The grapes are cooled down during the night and fermented during 15 days in traditional lagars. An extreme careful procedure that doesn´t harm the grape mechanically since we don´t use.
Dark garnet colour with violet tones. Impressive beginning with full-aromatic berries that show a Remarkable development in the mouth. Soft tannins complement a full and complex finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Very good accompaniment to meat dishes, red meat and ground game and dishes with cream-sauces.
