Harvest in 25 kg boxes, complete destemming and racking for 24 hours at low temperature. Fermentation and aging with battonage in new barrels of French oak for six months.
Intense and fine citrus aroma with some exotic notes of peach. Very delicate with soft notes and complex of pineapple and citrus. It shows volume and it’s tasty due to its excellent acidity. Final very pleasant, deep and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
